Marcum Foundation Raises More than $659,000 for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital
APRIL 14, 2022 (New York City, NY) – The Marcum Foundation raised $659,519 for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital® in 2021 – more than doubling its giving from 2020.
Fundraising activities included the 2nd Annual Marcum Foundation Golf Outing & Charity Auction at Sebonack Golf Club in Southampton, NY, on September 21; national sponsorship of the 2021 St. Jude Walk/Run to fight childhood cancer on September 25 and 26; and Marcum Gives voluntary paycheck withholding by associates in all Marcum offices.
“St. Jude is our national charity partner of choice, and every year we redouble our efforts to increase support for this wonderful organization,” said Tracy Weiner, Marcum Foundation’s executive director.
“We recently announced that, starting this year, Marcum will match all employee contributions to Marcum Gives dollar-for-dollar, so we hope that our support to St. Jude will be even larger in 2022,” said Shaun Blogg, Marcum Foundation chairman and Marcum’s office managing partner in West Palm Beach, FL.
St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is dedicated to advancing cures and prevention for pediatric catastrophic diseases through research and treatment.
